Title: Leaked briefing

Ministers were warned last year the U.K. must have a robust plan to deal with a pandemic virus in a confidential Cabinet Office briefing by National Security Risk Assessment signed of by Sir Patrick Vallance, the government's chief scientific adviser.
So we've had the Swan report, the Cygnus report , now this, all ignored by government. I suppose  the government will blame the scientists.

... or they didnt get the email

... or they had run out of money because the last (Labour) Government left them skint when they took over

Apparently Cummings has been at SAGE meetings, he's not a scientist. The government's problems are just stacking up.
