I have been accused by some posters (not mentioning bpool by name) of only posting negative anti-Tory threads (not true actually as I am a big fan of Johnson's environmental policies, especially his push to remove cars from towns & cities and increase cycling use - and have said so).
So here you go:
Congratulations Teresa Villiers for having the courage to back your principles and stand-up for the British people in voting against allowing the relaxation of food standards and allowing chlorinated chicken into the country.
Your reward for this - sacked by Cummings & Johnson
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8442473/PM-drops-anti-chlorinated-chicken-Tory-MP-intelligence-committee.html
-
So in short Cummings made the Lockdown rules - then broke them - risking Coronavirus spread to the detriment of those that he might have infected but Liar Johnson derended him to the hilt
This woman "does the right thing for her constituents" how tired I got of hearing that in the B****ts**t and is rewarded by the chop
Duplicitous self serving and corrupt set of b*****s
-
short cummings Wolf?
-
I have many ! At the moment I have become obsessed with Liar Johnson and his band of idiots and hoping against hope that someone finally lays a good story on them that sticks
Jenrick and Shapps for a start would not have lasted a metaphorical 10 minutes years ago - and Cummings would heve been hounded out even quicker than that
In addition Raab Gove Patel Williamson Whately et al should be nowhere near running our country due to their incompetence (I am seconded in this by Piers Morgan who says it to a muck bigger platform at every opportunity)
-
Freudian slip there Wolf or intentional. Usually Piers Morgan and muck go together like Leeds Utd and bottling.
-
Well, it has been your side that has called him a weak leader, I guess he is now going to show who is boss, and you can't say you didn't ask for it.
-
He proves just how wake he is at PMQs every Wednesday.
-
He buried Starmer last week by just asking the one question about going back to school and Starmer would not back it.
Probably still under orders from the unions, or not good at going off his set plan and thinking on his feet. I expect Boris now to do it again and change the tact at every opportunity now Starmer has shown a weakness.
It will be interesting to see.

Seems it's not only Boris that doesn't know what Prime Minsters Questions is supposed to be about! Starmer even offered to swap places to show him but Johnson declined, TWICE!

Boris is good at spouting bullshit when making a speech, but when it gets challenged within seconds of him saying it he falls apart.

It must be the same lefties stopping Etonian reopening and the reason my grandson was sent home from Cambridge and told that he wouldn't be returning and had to do his finals online.
He was thinking of doing a masters next year but it would all be distance learning so why spend more to do that with Cambridge than the OU?
Is that down to leftie unions there?

I know this was not PMQs and I know it is NOT Liar Johnson but this is Teresa May doing what PMs (especially) do when they are "bang to rights"
Here she shows one of the tactics to avoid answering the question which when you watch you obviously know she knew
Last weeks PMqs saw Johnson on the ropes for the 3rd week in a row so he did the same by a different route. Just kept asking SKS to back "sending the Kids back to school" until they both had to move on
Ironic if you watch it really because Johnson barely answered a question (except the plants from his own laccys) and yet there he was demanding again and again that his opponent supply something HE personally was incapable of doing without resorting to his other tactic (blatantly lying)
And please - will someone on here please tell the heap of s**t to stop banging the bloody Despatch Box every f*****g word

That mad I forgot to post the link

I often wonder to this day why instead of playing that game again and again did she just not say "sorry Andrew I hope you will understand when I say I cannot address that question at the current moment but will get back with an answer when we have a definitive one"
Not even a lie - oy Johnson get her to coach you

https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1209831/jeremy-corbyn-interview-andrew-neil-labour-party-waspi-pension-bbc-norman-smith-latest/amp It more up to date but not very serious but what it does show is many mps lie not just Tory ones
-
The Tories are in power NOW, they are making the decisions and rules NOW, and some of them are continuing to be dishonest NOW.
-
And if labour were in power they would do the same as the previous labour leaders have proved, and yes I no you said there in power now but when labour mps we’re telling porkies I didn’t see many on the left posting links then
-
Less of the whataboutery, Blackpool.
The point is not what Labour would have done but what the right wing nut jobs are doing NOW.
-
Oh is it who decides that you?

People who refuse to criticise Cummings/Johnson & their government (story in the press yesterday of Johnson making up stats at last PMQ's - story in the press today of Hancock interfering in a planning decision, Jenrick doing dodgy deals for Tory donors) - accuses other posters of not doing the same.
Pot, kettle, black...
-
Oh is it who decides that you?
No, the electorate decided who is in power now.

thank you for your reply red wine

Someones got it in for me they're planting stories in the press
Whoever it is I wish they'd cut it out quick but when they will I can only guess

I thought you didn't like people who joined in something that's nothing to do with them just to 'stir the pot'. Et tu, brute.

You obviously missed the humour there GW.
I’m not surprised though.
By the way, where did I say I didn’t like people joining in with something that is nothing to do with them.
I did say you like to stir the pot though.....because, well, you do.
-
And that's exactly what you're doing now.
-
And that's exactly what you're doing now.
But you said that I said I don’t like people that joined in with something that was nothing to do with them.
Show me where I said that.
-
And that's exactly what you're doing now.
I've just looked back and you didn't say that. I was wrong.
Now, back to you stirring the pot. How else would you describe the needless answering a question asked of someone else?
But you said that I said I don’t like people that joined in with something that was nothing to do with them.
Show me where I said that.
-
I see you are doing Sydney’s trick of posting your stuff out of sequence.
Isn’t this a forum where people respond to other people’s posts.....and make a comment if they see fit to.
Actually, I didn’t answer a question asked by someone else.
You are wrong on that too.
I just made a comment.
-

(a) That's because you always leave these ridiculously big gaps when you quote when posting. Why do you do it? It makes you look like a desperate attention-seeker.
(b) Yes people can respond to other people posts, but why respond to a question that was directed to a specific other forum user and not yourself unless it's to stir the pot.

But you should know better, if you know I leave ridiculously big gaps between posts then you should have allowed for it.
You have done before.
Sydney does it on purpose for some strange reason.
Anyway, you must have missed my edit which I made before you wrote your post.
You said that I answered a question asked by someone else.
I didn’t, I just made a comment.
Anyone can make a comment or even respond to a question asked of another poster if they want to.
Have you changed the rules?

No, I said you answered a question asked of someone else. If you want me to read your posts carefully, you'll do me the same courtesy. Unless this is you being the same WUM you owned up to being the other day.
You replied to something with a question mark at the end of it. That makes even a comment your answer to it.

I’m not sure which part you mean in which I put a question mark at the end.
If you mean where I asked if you bottled it (with a question mark) then that question was aimed at you following your description of red wine as being a glass of water.
I didn’t respond to a question by another poster when I said “Satire”, that was a comment not an answer to a question.
It didn’t have a question mark either.
If you look at the above post you will see that I did actually say ‘ a question asked OF another poster” in response to you.
Furthermore, I haven’t owned up to being a WUM.
I did said that I was having fun the other day, just as I am now having this repartee with you
Having fun isn’t the same as being a WUM.
-
Thanks for confirming you're stirring the pot!
-
But I haven’t, that is just you saying it.
Maybe it is you who is the WUM.
Anyway, by your avoidance of answering the questions I asked in that last post of mine I thank you for acknowledging that you were wrong with your suggestions.

Just a point of order GW.
The phrase “et tu brute” is commonly acknowledged to be a phrase used to express an ultimate betrayal by ones closest friend.
I don’t think that applies in our case.
