Passed away aged 73. What a legend.

Will be playing "Albatross" up there.

Yes just read that, very sad, what a talent but couldn't cope with the fame.

I see he was recording an album with the guitarist from Metallica before his death, now there's some partnership.

When the day goes to sleep and the full moon's up...

RIP Peter

RIP, fantastic blues guitarist and a big influence on probably the greatest guitar god Gary Moore, who happened to buy Peter Greens Gibson from him, Kirk Hammett of Metalica now owns it, he paid $2m for it

Green Manalishi is the best blues/rock song ever.
Add that to Albatross, Man of the World, Black Magic Woman and Oh Well.
All sumptuous music touched with his perfect pure guitar playing.
He was a legend ruined by the most terrible disease.

Albatross was always my least favourite track of their early tracks. Just not really my type of preferred music although I could appreciate it.

He was unlucky Raven. Thousands had bad trips (including me) but didn't develop schizophrenia.

I had some bad trips Tommy. The worse f*cker was Fleetwood last season.
