A small random observation. Around here hardly any kids wear denim jeans anymore, they almost all wear grey sweat pants. It's not just kids, a lot of blokes who drive vans or work outside wear 'em or those work pants with reflective tapes on them.
I think denim jeans are finally going out of fashion.

I'm still a big jean wearer. Have a denim jacket too!
-
I still like denim but I have to admit being inside a lot through lockdown and with the summers being so consistently warm these days, I end up going for the postman option of shorts most of the time.
-
Jeans do seem to be fading away. 😉

Please God tell me you don't wear them together.

Nothing beats double denim unless it's coupled with a denim shirt triple denim🤮

Don't forget the Denim aftershave to top it off.

I'm actually quite upset that I come off as the sort of bloke who'd wear double denim, need to sit in a corner and think about my behaviour.

I still wear blue jeans one week in 10.
Last blue jean jacket I bought was from Jeanery in 1984.
A lass in there once mistook me for a member of staff and asked me for some advice on styles. Which, with 36 years of hindsight, was the peak of my fashion existence.

Yep, every day.

Love putting on my jeans , but i must admit a good pair of jogging bottoms around the house are nice to wear

Axholme will be a Fred Perry kind of guy!

I haven’t worn blue jeans since I was about 12..
I always preferred black ones.

501s are great. I get a new pair every winter, and cut them down for shorts in the summer.
Black Levis were quite popular until Tony Blair started wearing them.

f**k SS you've ruined the bloody thread, can't you leave politics out?
-
I think we can all agree that any politician of any stripe looks a right t**t in jeans.

They don't need the jeans to do that.

Not sure about trousers but I've heard corduroy pillows are making headlines.

Got a multi use suit, one pair of skinny jeans and 4 pairs of shorts. Only in long trousers Feb and March.
Mind being in Cornwall helps doubly as skin is waterproof!!!

Stocks of track pants running out as working from home fuels a surge in demand for athleisurewear... The future is pyjamas.

I've got both jeans and joggers. Currently working from home so will wear shorts or joggers inside as they're a lot more comfortable. Mainly wear jeans outside.

My standard office wear for the last 6 months has been joggers or shorts and a polo shirt whilst wfh
