Agreed that is the most difficult choice this season. Who didn’t get MOM award would be more appropriate but then who would you pick for that?

I have gone for Smith simply on work rate and tackles won. He is a great signing by DM. Just what was required.
Sims what a gem he is. The pace we have with Sims, Taylor, Lokilo, Richards, Tulloch, have i missed anyone.
Tell you what we are going to scare the hell out of most defences this season.

Difficult decision tonight as it was a great team performance. I've gone with our captain as once again he was the player that pulled it all together in the middle of the park, always in space and available to keep the ball moving, bagged two goals as well.

Madger for me the improvement on his game has been tremendous @ he’s bulked up too, looks much fitter

Looks like an integral part of the team now, well done to Madger for kicking on and doing exactly what’s required, when this team really gells I can see someone getting their a**e handed to them on a platter.

Right. Given this much thought.

From the kick off Ben was on his game. He had to be. The new lads were still finding their feet so keeping the midfield tight and disciplined once they went in front was no mean feat. Wright and Anderson once again worked hard to limit then to very few chances.

The game was finely balanced so Ben's goal gave us a great platform and belief. Second half was a great team performance with Ben orchestrating, chatting and encouraging all the time. Took the penalty with aplomb.

I'd give most of the team an eight or a nine but Ben deserved a 10 from Len!
