What time the ticket office is open as I have not received the code for today's game please

From the email I received last night from Rovers
If you have not received your code 48 hours prior to kick-off please check your junk mail first and then contact iFollow@clubdoncaster.co.uk for support.

On last broadcast they said something about making an account on the app with your email address so u don’t need codes anymore but not sure if it’s started yet ?

The way season ticket holders access home matches on iFollow Rovers is changing.
From November 1, season ticket holders will no longer need to go through the current process of using promotional codes to access games on iFollow. Instead, game access will be uploaded automatically to your iFollow Rovers account.
Please note, this will only work if you are using the same email address for both your season ticket and iFollow accounts.
If you are not using the same email address for both your iFollow and season ticket acoKitsons, please ensure you have updated this by 5pm, October 30.
