Without naming which ones, a large percentage, more than a quarter are not expected to open again - according to a caller on Radio Sheffield

But wouldn’t they need a food hygiene certificate to serve a Scotch egg, which is food

If it's hot and runny with a side salad it's a meal. If it's cold and hard out of a packet than it's a snack.
