Gutted he was booted out of the players group chat when he went back to Southampton

Comes across really well, grounded kid who will make that difference and ensure we get promoted one way or the other

I like the way he said "back to the Rovers", and not just "Doncarster", as you'd normally expect from a loanee from darn sarf!

Just listened to Taylor Richards interview in rad sheff, he's another one who comes across incredibly humble and grounded. You could envisage a prem youngster might have a certain "ego", but you can tell that DMs influence is huge in them and they are loving here..  We have got a diamond with DM, let's see where it takes us.

Yeah. To think he feared he wasn't going to get a loan shows how much going out and playing proper football means to them!

We perhaps think that these young uns have got it all laid on for them, but it must be a testing time for them knowing that a successful loan is more likely to help their development at their parent club.

We can perhaps understand why JJ seemed so devastated with his injury, as he might think it'll jeopardise his future at Arsenal. I think it's for that reason DM left the door open for him.

That is an excellent point DBR.

Hadn't thought of it that way at all, but it makes perfect sense when you say it.

Wonderful times to be a Rovers fan. If we get promoted this year, playing football like this, with a culture in the club like this, it will be a very special year.

The ethos of the club, changed when SOD was in charge has been carried on and adapted by various managers, but DM seems to have embraced the idea of the "Family club" and makes new recruits so welcome that they quickly integrate. Happy employees make the best employees.

Yes, I've not been so excited since the 2012-13 season when we finished as league one champions. And we can't even go and watch them.
