No matter how some of the performances may look to some,he gets the results consistantly,Makes you wonder why WBA sacked him,and how long it will be before some big club might seriously come knocking.

But arguably a year rolling contract is more secure as it in effect never expires in the way a fixed-term contract can.

It is almost a given that DM will eventually move on to pastures new, that’s what happens and whilst you don’t want it to happen, if and when it does it normally means that we will have had some success.
I just hope that he manages to get us in the championship at the very least and have a crack in that division before he does move on.
He’s done a great job upto now, BUT we have achieved nothing yet!

It’s a good question and I do think he will get us promoted. However it’s worth noting, we aren’t even close to it yet really in reality!!
Feet on the ground and one game at a time will be the message.
