Why bother? Some lasses like bald blokes. I was in a shop in Bentley the other day and this gorgeous lass came up to me and patted me on my head and said, “Is it true what they say about bald men making better lovers?”

I said, “I’ve no idea; I’ve never slept with one.”

Tattoos are the way forward. A mate of mine had a load of tiny rabbits tattooed on his bald head. When I asked him why, he said that from a distance it looked like a head full of hare.

A mate of mine, Ugly George, had a tattoo of a good looking bloke done on his face. He's now known as Gorgeous George and pulls all the birds.

I knew a fella who did, the hair on the top of his head looked like it was in a grid formation but after a while it thickened up and you wouldn't notice it.

If I could afford it and was obviously thinning I would go for it. As it is I'm lucky enough to have a decent head of hair apart from receding at the temples just a little.

I inherited my dad's bald head. It's the strangest thing I ever got left to me in a will.

At least it wasn't a crystal ball. Unless it was a vivid dream.

I’m not sure it is something that many people would own up to.

I saw a documentary on BBC about it once. Good results apparently. Hours and hours of having the hair follicles harvested and reseeded, followed by rigorous routine change to ensure they "take" though.

If you want it, go for it. Wayne Rooney, Darren Gough, Shane Warne and Antonio Conte can't all be wrong can they.

This is the programme I saw. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p07y8qnb/plastic-surgery-undressed-series-2-2-hair-transplant

Once started it would be difficult to stop with a receding hairline as you'd have to chase it across your head. There are drugs available to reduce hair loss.

Thanks for that, just watched it. Nothing I didn’t already know but good to see other people thoughts in similar positions.

The biggest thing that puts me off is the post recovery and potentially a year of my head being a mess, that and I’m squeamish
