Title: Norwich Illicit Japanese Restaurant scandal

Great story doing the rounds.

Apparently someone has grassed up a bloke in Norwich for running a Japanese restaurant from his home, when he has no council approval for selling food.

Norwich council say they've investigated and found no evidence that he is using his house as a Japanese restaurant.

This is a picture of him outside his house.

Maybe the bloke is a donor to whichever party runs the local council.
