Some highlights on this game around 24 minutes which many of you may find interesting .

I'm assuming the game was covered by the YTV cameras for a highlights show the following day .

Only film of King Alick in action in that game that I know about.

Anyone know different?

I was at the game. Rovers pushing for promotion and Bradford rooted to the foot of the table. No surprises at the result then. Typical Donny. I think the commentator was Keith Macklin, or maybe Danny Blanchflower?

I was there as well. A poor performance on the day. I remember a sort of one home fan pitch invasion at the end.

Albie, I have seen an old black and white film of the Rovers, I think it was a cup tie away at either Bristol Rovers or City.
It was a couple of years back that I saw it but I seem to recall Us scoring a goal when someone followed up after King Alick had hit the bar.

I was at the gamw but ca't remember the score, we lost
 1-0 ?
