I was going to say look out for a fat bas**rd wearing a Rovers’ top, but no sportswear allowed.

I’ve been to the Snooker World Championship just the once. I saw Cliff Thorburn beat Willie Thorne in an absolutely cracking match. Meant to go again at some point but never got around to it.

Wasn't Willie Thorne so ground down by Thorburn's relentless safety shots , that he had to hang himself?

I wore my Rovers top when I went to see Fighting Talk recorded there. I even got in a few of the photos they took.

I’m unsure if snooker is as crap as formula one to watch.

The difference to me is that I've played snooker (very badly) and can appreciate the skill and tactics involved. I've never driven a Formula One car and never will so I don't feel any attachment to it.
