Title: Another refreshing change
Post by: Barmby Rover on July 05, 2021, 11:34:11 am: Giving the press freedom to say who is on trial, if the players don't mind then why keep it secret? Other clubs can easily find out information about players like these, so why keep it from us. Nice to see a change in attitude, and hopefully one or more will impress and become Rovers!

I'm sure the players are more than happy for their names to be circulated. My understanding why we kept them under wraps before is because it highlights their availability doesn't it? A few ears might be pricked up.

I'll admit that I prefer the guessing game based on pixelated images from the first non-league friendly and trying to listen to what players shout to the trialist.
