As I understand it they may have been doing it as part of the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme...... yes - there is such a thing...... however, they don't half look a motley crew.....
TBF if (as commented) it was a celebration of the BAOR, then getting shitfaced and incapacitated is the perfect tribute......... but not sure why Gibraltar..?
