Title: Galbraith
Post by: Padge_DRFC on December 28, 2021, 08:26:41 am
Wasn't suspended as missed the cut off point for 5 yellows? Where was he?

2 huge games and we really need him and Anderson back to compete.

Anyone else nearing come back?

Dodoo being injured could be a blessing in disguise. Has done nothing all season.

Covid, which I think is the second time. Young lad needs to wash his hands more often.

I wonder if we’ll see him again in a Rovers shirt, surely Man Utd will want him playing higher up the leagues

I’m worried about that too, also the good will might’ve gone with Man U. I see Jose Mourinho is wanting Charlie Wellens at Roma, explains why Richie never brought him in on loan for the Rovers!

Without being too harsh he's going to struggle until he gets stronger.  Even at this level he finds it tricky physically.

Seaman was supposed to be back around the Christmas period so may be back for Fleetwood if not Morecambe. Think Ro-Shaun Williams is due back early jan. Close, John and Taylor shouldn’t be too far away, they would all make a massive impact to the team as they all have loads of experience at this level and would all be key players.

He isn't good enough for the Championship. Kane can't get in the worst side the championship and been loaned out and he's streets ahead at the moment

Sometimes a player just does not fit into a team or a manager just does not see a player the same as another manager.
But please do not tell me Padge Kane cannot play in the Championship.
Galbraith will become a very good Championship player imo also.

If we are relying on Shaun Williams to be back playing then we have a problem do we not.
Thought everyone on here said he was dire before he was injured.

Close and Taylor fit along with Seaman would be a help but who are we creating the chances for.
Seriously without a striker capable of scoring 1 in every 3 games minimum from now to the end of the season it will not make one iota of a difference.
We also will need goals from Taylor, and all the midfielders.

Currently both aren't. Key word currently. Plus Kane is currently better than Galbraith. I'd even say when we had Kane he was better then than Galbraith is now. All be it surrounded by much much better players.

Kane is a top, top player. Galbraith is good but Kane was ahead of him when he was on loan, albeit in a much better team.

Until we get our best 11 on the pitch, it is too hard to say who is good enough, certainly the combinations we have patched together so far are not.
