Title: Ecological collapse Yorkshire coast
Post by: River Don on February 10, 2022, 07:44:55 pm
Last summer I saw dead Razorbills and Puffins washed up on Filey beach.

Something devastating is happening.

Shocking story. Although i am not surprised. Our oceans are filthy and i eat as little fish and seafood as possible these days as studies have shown that a heck of a lot of marine species contain plastic microparticles in their bodies.

A study of dead otters recently also slated the state of England's rivers and waterways as all of the otters they cut open and studied found that they had the same types of chemical in their bodies.

If i do eat fish, i ensure it is wild caught and from the cleanest waters on earth around the arctic / alaska. Although the waters there are becoming increasingly at risk of pollutants.

Pretty much everytime we eat seafood, we're putting toxins into our bodies.

The state of the beaches at some of these supposed beauty spot islands in the Indian Ocean are shocking. Vehicle tyres, plastics, all sorts of detritus just stacked up around the shorelines and a lot of fish species like Tuna etc are fished in the Indian / Pacific oceans.

Fish like Tuna, Shark, King Mackerel, Swordfish bioaccumulate toxins. So the fish that they eat are full of toxins and then this just adds to the toxin burden on the big fish like Tuna and the toxin burden bioaccumulates in the flesh of that fish and then we eat them. Poisoning ourselves in the process.

Not climate change but another serious and potentially irreversible human caused natural disaster.

If the natural, supposedly healthy food we rely on is poisoning us, then what do we have left?

McDonalds i guess.  :(

On another note. Chelating foods like lemon juice and coriander contain molecules that can bind to and draw in heavy metals in your body as they pass through the digestive tract and then you shit them out. Thus naturally reducing your heavy metal burden which can cause all sorts from neurological problems to cancer. Chelation is the removal of metals from the body.
