There’s a school in Boston that stopped the kids dressing up because it didn’t want to put pressure on parents
What a load of tripe
Surely that’s what the day is about to encourage the kids to participate and discuss

''Boston workers lowest paid in Britain''
"It underlines the essential need to invest in skills and grow the local economy so that wages rise.
People in Boston are paid the least of all workers in Britain - and the rate of unemployment is higher than the national figure.
New figures from the Office for National Statistics put Boston bottom of all local council areas listed, with median weekly gross wages of £437.60 for workers in the borough.
That’s almost £150 less than the median weekly wage of £587.10 for the whole of Britain - and £123 less than the East Midlands median weekly wage of £561.
And Boston’s unemployment rate rose to 4.7 per cent between October 2019 and September 2020, with 1,600 people unemployed, from 3.6 per cent from July 2019 to June 2020 (1,200 unemployed)''
