I mean it's late on Friday but that suggests annual rent of £33000 a year? That's surely bonkers unless I'm missing something?

Summary
The Benyon Estate is a unique community in London's Borough of Hackney. Made up of a mix of the highest standard of residential and commercial property,
at least "Benyon Estates" didn't forget what properties they owned this is what the horrific and "racist" Hackney Council did & forgot about a whole road of boarded up houses many years ago .... squatters were eventually allowed to buy the properties
The tenants of course are not exactly poor but why "pour water on a fire they have lit"

If they're being directed to food banks it doesn't suggest to me that they're 'not exactly poor' any more.
