There are never many people in the gym but it is certainly open and offers first class equipment, sauna, steam room and great friendly staff

I can’t find one hence the question on here. I seem to remember seeing something about a discount but struggling to find where from.
A link would be good Juddy
-
A link ? I just about know how to turn the computer on Knockers !! The entrance to the gym is at the away end ( North stand ) through the Foundation fitness entrance and up the stairs. The gym staff and Fit Rovers staff are up there on the desk and will give you all the information for gym membership
-
Just type in foundation fitness, great gym.
-
£17.99 per month ,do season ticket holders get a discount on that ,I go to Tickhill road hospital £100 for 12 months not state of the art equipment but helps me lose weight and get fit

Been in tonight and it’s £75 for the year with your season card and that’s all adults not just old dears like Juddy!
They’ve put all new equipment in since it was DCLT and it’s had a full refurb.
They’re also doing a push for members at one of the Christmas games.

Is this solely for the lakeside but all the DCLT ones?
-
I believe it’s separate from the DCLT ones (now)
-
It’s now part of the Rovers foundation. The council didn’t want to man it anymore after the covid lockdown.

I feel robbed, paying 30 a month for the council (DCLT?) Gyms..
-
I pay £40 a month at Nuffield, and that's with a discount. I've cancelled it after new year though as it's really gone downhill lately. £75 a year for the Foundation one seems an absolute bargain.
-
Can 16 year olds go to Foundation ? We are both going to DCLT at the minute - great offer from Rovers
-
I think 16 year olds are ok to attend. Give them a call to confirm.
-
Better late than never saw this on the DRFC Twitter feed
COYR
-
How long is the offer on till thinking about it but at the moment it's in posable
-
It’s a brilliant offer and the gym looks top notch (had a look round a couple of weeks ago) only thing putting me off is not being open on a Sunday
-
Do they serve pies?

Yes ! Saw a large man in there before the Stevenage game.
They bloody better do or else there'll be trouble.

Cheers for the heads up on this, great offer, should be advertised better for those of us not on twitter.
Just joined, not been a member of a gym for over 25 years & not sure if it will be for me but worth a try at that price (there's a tenner joined fee btw so 85).
If you see anyone looking out of place & probably using the equipment wrong say hello lol.
Thanks Club Doncaster, great offer.
-
I was thinking of joining a gym after my doctor told me I was a bit on the heavy side for my height. I don't know how he expects me to get any taller at my age though.
-
I went there and asked the lady receptionist which machine would make me more attractive to women and she directed me to the ATM down the road.

still get some pain if I catch it,and when the weather is cold it takes a while for my knee to work properly as I lost feeling around that part of my leg, that might sound strange but they opened up my knee to insert the metal pin into my tibia at the top to just above my ankle where I snapped it.
-
Keep going pal great effort with the weight loss, that will help the leg too
-
Birthday suit is my guess, especially since he likes a tickle.
