Utter clown if I could give minus I would.
In his defence he got zero help from his fellow clown with the flag in front of us, who has no idea of offside. It was like a lucky dip if the flag went up or not - thankfully some of his calls (wrongly) saved Rovers
The ref must have only known the Rovers players as he forgot to book Crawley players

I echo that and only add " how the hell 15 seconds into second half can / did he allow their right back to jump up and handle the ball way above his head to stop an attack"

That is deliberate hand ball which is a minimum mandatory Yellow
