Mykhailo Mudryk signed an 8 and a half year contract at Chelsea. Is that the longest contract in football, seems risky.

It allows them to meet the FFP rules as his cost is spread over the contract length.
If they sell him beforehand, any outstanding amount (on the balance sheet) will I suspect get offset against his sale.
