A crowd of 5,496 tonight against Barrow was our lowest home league attendance of the season.
Yet it was still the 4th highest out of 12 matches in League Two this evening and only bettered by Bradford City, Stockport and Leyton Orient, so we are still a well supported team at this level.
Salford City only managed a crowd of 1,615 against Harrogate Town which for a team currently in a Play Off position is quite worrying and casts doubt over their long term ambitions for a future even at the current level never mind the one (or two) above.

I think there are plenty of blokes around the country who don’t have the balls to tell their wife they’re off to the football on valentines night

Saw a couple of randy goats getting at it in the West Stand concourse. Who said chivalry is dead.

All the attendances in league 2 were well below average tonight.
I suspect they will have been in the other leagues also. ( haven’t looked )

3 home games in 10 days doesn't help either. 60 quid for an adult without a ST to attend all 3. Ifollow midweek and champions league available.
The game imo was nowhere near as good as Saturday but slightly better than Tranmere. It's not an easy sell right now still.

The Bradford attendance will more than make up
for the valentines dip
