Passed away aged 89, those of a certain age will remember Saturday Afternoons with him on the Telly

World of Sport was cancelled in 1985. That's 38 years ago. Anyone else feeling old??

 I am feeling old now with 1985 mentioned as a reference for feeling old, I had that as modern times :blink:

Saw someone point out other day that now to 1983 is the same gap as 1983 to WW11

Yes; BB and Wolfie. They used to get their sports news from a bell ringer.
