4 at the back? Or Rowe at CB and Seaman/Brown at LWB? Expect Miller will be even more isolated than usual without Hurst playing…

Doesn’t look great. Looks like he’s sticking with his 1 up top :turd:

Could be 4-4-2 with Lakin playing Left mid Seaman Right mid and Molyneux up top with Miller?

The way they are warming up suggests it will be a back 4. Brown, Oluwo, Nelson , Rowe.

Could be 4-3-2-1 but I'm thinking more 5-3-1-1, more dusty bin!

Post by: sedwardsdrfc on March 11, 2023, 03:00:36 pm
It’ll be 5 at the back with either Brown playing centre half on the right or Seaman playing left wingback and Rowe centre back.

No change in system really. Lakin will play same position he did v Bradford. If it’s broke don’t fix it appears to be the motto

Not me, nr! As long as we win that’s all that matters. I’d rather win an absolutely crap game. It’s the points that count! Just my opinion, of course.

Neither am I, mate. I'm done for this season.

It surely must be sarcasm. This team couldn't create 4 chances against Armthorpe.

Looking much brighter than Tuesday. Rowe seems to bring some confidence and stability at the back - Nelson looks a lot more composed for instance.

Elsewhere there’s more energy and agility. Clever passing and link up play. Shame there’s no replays any more now we have something to celebrate lol

Can't believe he wasn't give  MOTM. Was excellent for the whole 90. That ball in for the 1st was exquiste and something we have been missing all season.

We’ve been missing that type of cross since Kyle Knoyle moved from wing back to centre back and the crosses dried up. Seaman was the standout for me unfairly booked in my opinion but carried himself well and kept out of trouble nicely.

A petter performance, the first half better than we e seen for a long while at the Eco.

Onwards and upwards
