Title: No new Hospital for Doncaster
Post by: Filo on May 26, 2023, 08:03:24 am
Govt have turned Doncaster down for a new Hospital, another kick in the teeth for our City, turned down for the rail HQ, don’t give a toss about the airport closing, and it seems Nick “the photo op” Fletcher has gone into hiding

Levelling up?

My arse!

On the contrary he actually grumbled about it in parliament when the announcements were made.

Ultimately they can't replace all of them hence the bid process.

As he bloody well should, but he's not been his usual self on social media. Rest assured if we had got it he would have been on Thorne Road with a full Bob the Builder kit on claiming full credit, like he tried at Thorne baths the other week.

Makes a change from him rambling in Parliament about 15 minute city conspiracy theories.

Yes .... he would probably use the Thorne photo again.

Took one at Christmas 2022 then pretended to be pleased to be mixing with Constituents in Thornre but he posted the Xmas photo again

Turned out he breezed into Thorne , met one businessman and scuttled off again

Certainly SEEMS more interested in the local community than Milliband or the excuse we have for a mayor

Which local community are you referring to?

There are three constituencies in Doncaster

Finningley, Edlington and Thorne but a bit quiet on the hospital
I had a house in Edlo and had a meeting with Ros Jones, walked out and put the house up for sale, she was clueless
