I think this was the promotion where BB got hammered celebrating and infamously fell down the laundry chute at BV. What a man.

What a brilliant insight. Thanks for the link. We had some good players there, Warboys, Lister the Snodin brothers. We also had a great man manager in Bremner.

Lovely stuff. That promotion secured v Bournemouth was my first game as a 10 Year old.

Kevin Cummins, by the way, took a lot of photos of the Manchester music scene in the late 70s and early 80s. He took many of the iconic Joy Division photos from the time.
