Just watching his tea time slot, i've closed my eyes amd I'm 19/20 again, still got a strong voice and amazed at his performance forgot the great songs he wrote. Thought he would have bombed as a legend slot but for me, smashed it!

I watched it on the day.
Not a massive fan but thoroughly enjoyed the set.
You forget how many great songs he's written.

Thoroughly agreed. As an old punk whose musical tastes still lean in that direction, I enjoyed it so much, I put my wife’s cd of his greatest hits on my iPod, having previously discarded it has “hippie twaddle’.
(Yes kids, I still use cds and iPods, I’m that old).
(For the record, Mrs Mug's much cooler since meeting me.  Our last 2 gigs have been the Skids and also an Italian Junk Shop Glam/ Bootboy band called Giuda).
