Was scrolling through the Wrexham forum (I was curious on how they thought ourselves and Grimsby compared).

It appears Gareth Owen is unwell having suffered a stroke. I assume it’s the same one as we had in the conference.

That is when I first started going the Rovers in my teens and I remember him as one of my favourite players.

Wishing him a speedy recovery.

He was a quality player wasn't he. Hope his recovery goes well.

Yes he is the coach of Wrexham Womens U-19 team. Won their league last year.

Always got him mixed up with Paul Carden.
