Where do we win them from not even fully promoted to the EFL yet

Ricardo has yet to receive a full promotion to the EFL and has so far refereed one game in Sky Bet League Two and one previous EFL Trophy tie."

Lots of these EFL Trophy games are being officiated by "promising " referees who are not on the National List.
Makes you think that even amongst officialdom, this competition isn't taken seriously.
