Looks like someone has blown up the undersea LNG pipe and data cable linking Finland and Estonia.

If that's state action, it's technically a NATO Article V issue.

Yes I had to Google Finland Estonia to find it.
Says it is a deliberate act and will take months to put right.
Will have little effect on gas or communication services.
