Would be nice wouldn't it?
-
Ye he'd do a job from the bench or if Faal or Ironside get injured
-
Hope he signs for someone sharpish. Be arsed hearing about this for the next few months.
-
Oh go on then
-
Get him on the blower Copps ! Tell him it makes sense……..
-
and with Reo's wage being freed up......coincidence?......
and with new doubts about George Miller's comeback...........hmmmm
-
Rio’s left us. Billy’s left Galaxy.
Surely this can only mean one thing:
Rio’s off to LA Galaxy on a 5 year contract.
-
It’s a no thanks from me. He’s had his day
COYR
-
Could do a terrific job until the end of the season.
-
Was a great player, but we have lots of pace and future sell on potential in our team now. With Joe up top we have the best hold up player we've had for years too. I'd be much happier keeping Mo!!
-
Still enough goals in Billy, scored most times he played at Galaxy, send him over please.
-
Played in 12 games for LA Galaxy and scored in 4 games (3 v Minnesota, 1 v Chicago, 1 v St Louis City and 1 v LA FC). Completed 90 minutes on 3 occasions.
-
Personal reasons perhaps?
-
Nothing to think about, if he wanted to join us. The guy is a machine even though he has a bit of mileage on the clock.
-
Oh no, here we go again
-
Mo and Joe are first choice but can’t be expected to play every minute of every game, Miller is injured still, Goodman not ready yet. What’s to think about? He’d get us through the busy Christmas period and beyond, and add much needed goals and experience to the group.
-
Oh no, here we go again
“Obi-wan your are our only hope”.
-
And his wages would be ……………. ?
-
Billy won’t need the money. It’ll be down to if he wants one last gig, or if he’s happy in retirement.
-
Put it this way, I'd bet we'd have won yesterday with Sharp up front.

He wouldn’t have got any service yesterday BB
We just couldn’t break down a resolute Wimbledon defence. There wasn’t one decent ball into the box yesterday.
We got lots of crosses in but nothing for our strikers to feed off.
-
And yet the stats say we had more shots than them!
-
I always see that the good points we had get lost in the disappointing result.
Firstly Wimbledon played to a plan that worked, but only just in my view.
The ref was very slow with yellows in the first half, the lad wearing the speedos for them could have been off in the first. Twice he took Mo out, yet didn’t even get a yellow!
We were ok with the ball, but no real desire in the final third to find space, and they defended better than us, look how they celebrated with every blocked cross!
I am still unsure on Biggins- what does he offer? The jury is out on Broadbent, he may yet come good, but a long way to go yet.
We were bullied and they were lucky with the cards they got, but if we had played like that and won, we would be very happy. Well done the Dons.
