Title: And another one gone
Post by: wilts rover on January 15, 2024, 06:17:45 pm
Swindon sacked Michael Flynn this morning (8 months after appointing him and 74 days after giving him a contract extension). The Youth Team Loans Manager will now run the team until the end of the season.

The Swindon fans at work are split on this. One thinks it was the right decision given their current bad run. But most are bemused given they have no money and lost their best player this month and doubt anyone else can do any better. That's sport I guess.

The Swindon fans I know aren't happy about it.
When the new owner came in,he promised so much but all he has done is trim the squad.
Although he did get them playing in Aussie colours as the away kit.

Got the players they needed and then got rid of him!

I wonder if he wants to sit on the bench?

He will probably be good enough to be in our starting 11.
