Owen Bailey, what a signing he's turning out to be. Solidified our midfield tonight, dependable in defence, & up he pops with a header a seasoned pro striker would have been proud of. Take a bow sir. Could do with 6 of him.

GM is from Northern Ireland - when he says he wished he had 10 Baileys he was likely talking about the Irish drink :laugh: :laugh:

Bailey isn't a flashy player, just unassumingly good at everything he has to do.

This is a big boost for us that he’s put in a good performance in midfield against strong opposition.
I think he struggled to play with much authority in that role earlier on in the season.
