They used to be great and I enjoyed altering mine back in late 50s very early 60s

I remember having one for the 2003-04 Div 3 winning season. Was a good feeling never having to shift Rovers from the top for months. It also had a section where you could write in all the different goalscorers that season, and we had so many I ran out of space!

Took that kind of dominance for granted at the time, we were that good.

I remember that season. Us and York going at it. The away game that season might have been the one where Glenn Humpries stuck one on Keith Walwyn and seemed the run the length of the pitch to do it…. Psychoooooooo

Fairly troubled start as well. 9 points from first 8 games. Near relegation form.

Moving those tags up & down the leagues courtesy of the ‘Green Un’ on a Saturday night for me & our kid with the card up on our bedroom wall after a game of subbuteo was the equivalent eight years on, to watching a Rovers home win at Belle Vue on an evening Friday night game followed by several beers!
