Let me think.... what organisation would benefit from a fear induced reaction to "the Ruskies are coming!"

Meanwhile, I'm seeing UK politics heading progressively to the same virtially no choice they have over the pond and a fairly chilling silence about that. The wonder of distractions,  eh!
