Hacks has now scored as many goals as Faal did for us but in half as many games.

It’s not just his goals though is it? He’s the kind of player you buy a ticket to watch every week because he does stuff others can’t. He does stuff others don’t even imagine doing.

It's a good point being made here. Sliding doors, and all that.
It would be fascinating to understand from Faal himself what he thinks of his decision.
But for us, it's a great example of where we should never knee-jerk our reaction to any single event. The bigger picture is what matters.

I didn’t notice the Walsall subs on Tuesday. Didn’t realise he was on the field till I read the match report. Non existent against us.

Said to my dad we’ve missed a player who has those touches that make the game since Copps left.
On Faal I felt McCann always wanted to go 433 and Faal couldn’t do the wide role. As a 2 up top him and Ironside were a handful though.
