Is it the plane thing flying it over port vale when they got relegated? Pretty sure it’s a photoshopped photo as the empty version of the cert is available online.

Wasn’t he the one that came over from Glen Hoddles academy in Spain ! Headband ? Was going to be the next big thing ?
