Am I right in thinking they said they wouldn't be sending any in the post?

I was in a similar position yesterday. Rang the club and they said waiting for collection even though I paid postage. They refunded postage and emailed the tickets.

I was expecting mine in the post, i called the ticket office to let them know that mine had not arrived yet, it was explained to me that due to the problem with the ticketing site my ticket had not been posted. I was given the choice of a e-ticket or to pick a ticket up from the office, the £2 postage i had paid was refunded.

Those who are cup direct get their tickets posted irrespective of the opposition or competition

Just to advise anyone else who like me requested postage and paid for it - call the club office and they’ll sort it - I got refund for list and then took e tickets
