Not a fan, all red back too
-
Personally I quite like the front, not sure on the all red back though.
-
It's been along time since I bought a home shirt and sadly won't be again. Here's to hoping the away way better. Red back no, seems to be missing red of the end of the sleeves as well. Front is ok though
-
Is this possibly the worst home shirt in recent years? Zero imagination gone into this.
-
Have to say, at first sight I'm not keen

Not much you can do different with it though? Definitely not the worst by any level.
-
Red, white, hoops. Pretty much par for the course.
-
I like the front but I’m not a fan of the single colour backs either in red or in white. White shorts look better with it too rather than black ones.
Most importantly the players wear it proudly and bring success again to our great club
-
Not a fan of the collar
-
I think it’s alright. Simpler is better.
-
You can do so much with the hoops. The number, the width, the alignment etc
Oxen have been mediocre at best

Well they've done 2 of the 3 you've mentioned!
-
Like it, like the black trim !
-
I really like it personally. I love the simplicity of it. What did you all want it to look like? There's not a lot you can do with red and white hoops.
-
It’s alright.
Celtic kits do hoops so much better than ours.
With the green sponsor we need a white away shirt with green collar trim and shorts. Would look really smart.
-

Agreed.
Maybe the back will have white numbers and players names so should be easier to read from the stands.
I prefer the black shorts too.
No one has mentioned the socks yet so,I’m hoping they are all black to match the shorts.
-
Last seasons shirt was far superior. Why can't they just evolve it in small increments, these wholesale changes are poor.

Red & White hoops

I can't believe the ripples this shirt has caused. Its our promotion shirt so it will be signed and hung on walls in 12m time! Christ. It's a top It's R&W hoops, it's fine. When we are top of the league no one will care!
-
Picked mine up after little man's football session down there this morning. I think it's smarter than last season's and fits better.
-
the green eco power stuff still spoils it for me.
-
It is what it is, but please NO black numbers on the back.
-
Be 20-25 quid by November
-
They just need one season, JUST ONE SEASON, to bring back the ZIGGA ZAGGA shirt!! Please, somebody convince them
-
Seen it in person. Very underwhelmed. Just nothing new in the design. No sublimation. Got it for my 14yo ..but only as he didnt have last seasons.
-

Compared to previous Oxen effort theyve done nowt new
Well they've done 2 of the 3 you've mentioned!
-
Safe is the word. Pretty bland.
-
What the phuck is that yellow top?
-
I don't really care what they wear as long as they get promoted.
-
First look at the kit I wasn’t keen…..BUT at the legends game today and seeing the players wear the kit it doesn’t look too bad I’ve definitely seen worse.
-
I like it and prefer it to last seasons shirt in that there is more hoops, the only thing that I don't like is the sleeves seem unfinished, I don't know why they just left it white, at least could of put some black trim on the rim of the sleeve and collar.
-
It’s our identity. Would have been nice to see the hoops go all the way round with a red or white square for the name and number, but I quite like it.
-
It is what it is, but please NO black numbers on the back.
Not our choice though, we have to do what the EFL decide.
And the problem is they tell us, and every other EFL club, what the design requirements are long after we’ve had to commit to a new shirt design.
-
Like it but don’t love it.
-
I would also like us to use some shirt space for a charity
-
Can we go back to the fans competition to design the kits?
Generally those were pretty good.
-
Narrower hoops…. I like, Black shorts… reminds me of better times. Hoopish socks…cool.
Clear numbers and names on the back of all red ……to help Sky commentators out, seeing as we will be featuring in the top league 2 games week in week out.
Just need a super keeper and a like for like for Adalukan to fill a couple of shirts and alls good ‘int it?
-
Dont care what shirts they play in, the most important thing is this is a revenue stream for the club and the more shirts they sell the better, as someone who started watching in the 70’s not a fan of hoops lets do something different and sell as many shirts as possible
-
People are gonna have a cry about the shirt no matter what it looks like. Too similar to the last one, it's crap, no imagination. Too different to what we're used to, it's crap and they should've done this or that instead.
Can't win, really, especially when you're basically stuck with red and white hoops as people have said.
-

I waited for last season's to be reduced, then they didn't have my size d'oh!
I like this one too, not quite sure about the back, but I'm having it for holidays.
-
Sent off for one…….says it all really.
-
New kits should be every two seasons, probably sell the same amount over the two seasons anyway.
Also, you're more likely to get better kits.

Agree with this. It never used to be a new shirt every season. But… money talks as usual.

You can do a lot more with hoops than a plain flat colour.
More often than not something more creative usually comes from having restrictions.
Design, music anything creative. It usually benefits from having restrictions. It forces creativity.
That said, I don't think this is the greatest Rovers home shirt ever.
-
Sorry if I’ve missed it but when is the away kit out? Also anyone know what colours it is??
-
It’s our identity. Would have been nice to see the hoops go all the way round with a red or white square for the name and number, but I quite like it.
Our identity was going to Ray Harrisons ,getting a plain shirt and asking you mum to sew a badge on it!
If you were lucky,a quick drink in Speedibar before getting the bus home
-
Or maybe Cooplands cafe with the juke box
-
Upstairs Coopland cafe behind Gaumont next door to Ray Harrisons , 14ish after swimming at Old Baths every Sat afternoon in Summer. Fish fingers and chips with my mates

didn't they have a jukebox?
-
Boring
-
Got mine yesterday.
Great neck line, the hoops are highlighted with a black border which gives them a distinct outline, the all red back doesn’t retract from the overall look of the shirt by not having a name or number on it, sponsors name not too distinctive enough to take away the ‘balance’ of the shirt.
It has a nice feel to it. Compared with the other seven shirts I currently have it’s in the top three.

What’s the fit like this year?
