Snotty, you are always claiming what a dump Britain is due to immigration, somewhat hypocritical don't you think

Try it Sporty, it isn't all from the Labour party manifesto.
His opinions on Brexit and immigration might surprise you a bit.
His opinions on unions might surprise you.
Ultimately though, it is anti Tory, or more particularly this government. There is some respect for older Tory governments.

His comment is true about GPs, the tories promised thousands more and now there are less fully trained GPs.

I particularly agree with him on industrial failure. The country abandoning it's ability to produce raw steel, defence and the general lack of investment in anything at all, from health and education to vital infrastructure like water and HS2, which he rightly points out is a national embarrassment.
Actually Starmer still has the ability to reverse the HS2 decision but I don't trust he will.

It all started to go wrong after the Tories got into power in 2010???

I would not say that's a particularly controversial statement.
Not when we look back at the figures since then. The era doesn't have much to recommend it economically.
Definitely not if you happen not to be retired or in the most wealthy echelon.
