Don’t know why we would celebrate this really. I was in Munich last week and had a great time with their fans, with no hint of trouble whatsoever. They were shocked we weren’t over in dusseldolf with the English lot - I said I couldn’t think of anything worse

Not sure how they qualified, and got some decent results along the way. They just seemed like a really poor team. They deserved to finish bottom of their group.

One consolation, any Jock or pretend Jock that bought a Scotland shirt for the Euros is still within the 14 day returns period lol!

Personally I don’t really care whether the Scots got through or not but I don’t think I have seen any of their supporters slagging off their team.
However I do respect that they stay fully behind them even when they clearly play poorly.
Some English supporters could learn from that.

It’s a nonsense, they’re no better or no different to any bunch of supporters out here. The Dutch are the most colourful and put on a better show than anybody, the Belgians are a wonderful bunch, the Germans have been fantastic hosts as usual.
No arrests of any Englandfans, and no hint of trouble, but the Scots are being lauded by their own media as though they’ve achieved something special. It’s just ridiculous hype.

In Frankfurt the atmosphere with the England and danish fans was superb.
People saying they couldn’t think of anything worse than spending time and soaking up the atmosphere with their own countrymen is crazy

The Welsh absolutely stunk out Qatar with one of the worst tournament performances in recent memory. The Scots were probably relatively a bit better in Germany but clearly amongst the poorest performances in the tournament.

Because I’ve been away watching England multiple times over the years and seen some absolutely idiotic behaviour. Made a conscious choice not to be caught up in that again

I’ve been to World Cups and Euros games in Europe and one of the best days was spending three hours pre match with them in Marseilles.
Generally the games I have attended saw good natured banter with fans from other countries, win, lose or draw.

They are like Liverpool fans at Anfield. Belt their anthem out just before KO and not hear a peep the rest of the game. Absolute myth just like Anfield.

But left everything on the pitch and tried their damnedest in the other 2 matches.
A limited team, especially in forward areas, who simply weren't good enough.

I've only been to Anfield once. It was the loudest ground I've ever been on. Deafening from start to finish.
