The 3pm blackout must have been dropped for that weekend, every EFL fixture is being broadcast

Probably because Championship matches are being shown at 12:30 and League One at 17:30

This is correct. It has been dropped for the opening game of the season. Yet another chipping away at the edifice of football, within this latest deal. Again, nobody asked us whether we wanted this. It just landed on us.

I'd sooner the next game, at Newport, would be on Sky.

Don’t Rovers have first dibs at the stadium when there is a fixture clash?

Usually they do.....but I'm not sure what flexibility the RFL and the two clubs will agree to for this fixture. They tend to be locked in. We shall find out in due course. The opening remarks about the Accrington game was telling on the official site stating "the weekend of August 10th"

My understanding is that sky plus replaces I follow, thus you will see games at 3pm on a Saturday every week.
The live games on normal sky will not be at 3pm on Saturday.

3pm Saturday blackout remain as now, ie outside of international weekends and the oddity of the opening game of the season, you will not be able to watch our games (or indeed any League Two games) at 3pm unless you are watching overseas. The reason games in League Two - probably including a good number of ours - being shifted to 1230 kick offs on Saturday is due to the 3pm blackout remaining on Saturdays with those minimal exceptions.

It’s still my understanding that if you were able to watch a game on I follow at 3 on a Saturday, you will be able to do so with the new sky deal. Subscriptions will be required.
It’s only the main broadcast games that will be subject to the Saturday 3pm blackout.
Seems like the logistics are still being worked on, although sky have stated full details wii be given before the season starts.

You could only watch the 3pm games on iFollow abroad though, not in the UK.

This is correct and with a very small number of exceptions, will remain the case. You will not be able to watch 3pm kick offs in the UK.

The way i read it is that every team will be on sky at least 20 times during the season, does that mean there will be 20 matches moved from Saturday 3pm kickoffs
