These clubs use the same company, Urban Zoo, I expect Rovers site to look similar.

Forgive me if I've missed it, but has there been any update/information on what will replace iFollow in terms of audio-only matchday coverage?

Just a bland statement at the end of the piece, I hope this doesn't mean a hike in prices for listening to matches.

its not totally clear to me what the new deal with Sky entails. Will there be highlights of all games on Sky as there is for Premier league games? Or is it live streaming of any match?

I'm unclear about whether or not I need to re-register for the new site. What I've seen so far looks quite good

From new website:

Welcome to our brand new official club website.

To get yourself settled in, anyone who held an account on our previous website should not re-register for a new account.

This will give you access to all the features, including on our new mobile apps which will soon be launched.

A new account will also allow you to log in to Rovers+ - our home for video content and streaming which is coming soon.

To create a new account, click the log in button in the top right corner of this page.

Please note: accounts for our ticketing site remain separate.

Maybe 'not' should be 'now'?

That may well be right.

Certainly my password is not being recognised, and I am not getting any emails they say I should when I say reset password

I re-registered and added another character to my password and was accepted. I first clicked on forgot password and entered my old password
plus one extra character, i then had full access. all of my old details were there.

This is absurd.

I have re-registered but my details aren't there !

Also, how do I access match replays etc ?

This is annoying, still trying to re-register with 11 characters including a symbol a number and an uppercase character.

I had to re register after trying the 'forgot password' but no verification code came through.

When re registered, I got the verification code. Once in, I don't know what info on my account it will hold other than my basic details. When clicking 'Manage Account' then 'Update Account' nothing happens.

Hopefully, we'll get more instructions as necessary as more features are added.

I clicked on tickets, all of my season ticket details are there, membership number and quality points.

Won’t accept my password and when I request a password reset it doesn’t send me the email verification code. I’ve tried re registering and it says I’m already registered. I feel like a hamster on a wheel at the moment!

have I messed it up as I just read this, anyone who held an account on our previous website should not re-register for a new account.  :suicide:

If we are now linked in to Sky that will mean no more commentary and paying £10 a match or something for watching. That will stop me taking any notice of Rovers matches, I can't justify spending that much money to keep in touch with the club.

So any little problem you have you want the VSC or Shadow Board volunteers to talke it up for you?
I have beer thats short measured
My pie is cold
I had to queue to get in
The replica shirts are too dear
Where does it end?
I'm sure SM or Lincs will take it up when they speak to the club but to just expect it sheesh!

I discussed this with the club some weeks ago, and we’ll go into detail soon, but it’s going to have to wait until I get back from Germany.

I was made aware of this last night, email sent & the club are looking into it. Some have already overcome the initial problem.

Thanks SM and LR. My initial comment might have been unwittingly critical and I suppose I assumed that you would be aware of the problem which affects everyone. It is very much more important than the trivial issues which someone tried to compare it with and which would be the responsibility of the individual affected to sort out. As I'm sure you realise it affects a vital means of communication for so many of us who live hundreds of miles away. There is nothing worse than battling to get iFollow up with just minutes to go before KO.

When I first looked at the site (days ago) it said we had to re-register so I did. After changing a few characters it accepted my password. Anyone having problems, I suggest trying simple letters and numbers in the password.

It would be great if we could eventually watch and/or listen to live games though this site. I will be keen to pay for it as I  have issues attending live matches and the funds would go to the club. I will not pay for multiple Sky packages just to watch Doncaster games only.

My comment and the examples of "trivial issues" , was made in the frustration that people expect others to sort their problems out. To simply expect that other volunteers will sort problems out seems odd to me

You're not missing that much at the moment. You can access all the current content without the need for a password., just as with the old site.

It's only when it comes to subscription services that you'll need a login.

Otherwise, follow the advice in the article and contact the club.
