Title: This season’s squad numbers

I’ve looked at this season’s squad numbers on the official site but I don’t see Sam Straughan-Brown’s name, it because last season his number was 42 ?

I have a note that he signed a 2 year contract in Oct 2023 with the option of another year.

Potentially because he hasn't "graduated" yet, he'll be a second year this coming season.

Diabolical Billy wasn’t offered (or it ‘surrendered’) No.10 shirt in my opinion.

He asked for it but was told it had already been given to Sbarra, so he accepted it and picked 14 instead.

IMO it would be pretty pathetic if a 38 year old in the last year or two of his career demanded a shirt number gets taken off a younger pro. Thankfully he didn't.

... " last year or two of his career".  Wow, if we could have 2 years with Billy still fit, Rovers will be back where we should be, competing in the league one play-offs. That's just IMO.
