Me too, always did. Was there some discussion to rebuild there when the dome went up?

Dead right, BB. Look at how Barnsley have developed Oakwell into a really good stadium.

As someone who attended regularly during that time I did ask, amongst many things, what the plan was for BV at that time. The response I got was that they were very much open to trying to find a way with DMBC to do something. He spoke very deeply about how the Bradford and Hillsborough tragedies complicated matters to an unworkable point at that time, given the budget limits of both club and council.
