Make no mistake Yvette Cooper will be well on top of her brief, like she has been in all her other positions she has held.

Those grapes of your must be really sour!

You lost, get over it!

Just to add and I'm far from a Labour party supporter but it will take something to shift them out of power for a good while .

Don't underestimate this lots thirst for power , they have and will do almost anything to win it and now retain it .

Don't be fooled by this lots smiles and we are the good guys , they aren't .

Speaking of Labours thirst for power Tyke, do you remember when, a week before the 2019 election, they promised free broadband for everyone in the country by nationalising BT? A policy that everyone knew was mad, insanely expensive, and borne out of…a thirst for power!!!

They all do it!

Im agreeing with you Tyke and it was ever thus. From Day 1 every Govt of every colour and every President of every Republic (Banana Republics esp) have the instant they have been elected ,  majored on the next Election and moved heaven and earth to try to ensure they remain in power

I would be surprised at all if Trump if re-elected tries to change the Constitution to allow Presidents of the USA to have  as many Terms as the voters allow

I believe Putin has managed that but too many BBs last night (Barnsley Bitters - Stancil version) have dulled my memory and Im being hounded to get off shopping

Far better for people on the left to preach how much they care, wring their hands over inequality, tell everyone how important their principles are, and never actually, k'now...win an election.

Oh aye. And complain about people who DO win elections.

No that's your opinion and very often your opinions aren't facts .

See you don't get to judge why I voted the way I did , I do .

You are also aware of why I did vote Labour , because the contest was a bit too close for my liking and I didn't want a Reform MP , nothing more than that and something millions of others did just to kick the Tories out , if we hadn't Labour wouldn't have won .

What a thoroughly unpleasant man you are Sydney .

I understand your even worse in the flesh given what I've heard from some South Stand posters on here .

Still Australia's loss is the UK's gain .

The ones who look after the squeezed middle.
Not the blairite shite that they are now.

Currently 2 cheeks of the same backside labour and tory.

The tory party have shifted so far left, it's pretty much indistinguishable from tony Blairs regime.

I'll criticise as I see fit seen as I'm a voter and a UK taxpayer none of which applies to you .

I think you'll find that the debate going on which Billy has come in on and way over your political pay grade is that the Labour victory when you dig in to the forensics is something that should concern Labour strategists .

I wouldn't expect a Labour lickspittle like you to see that which is remarkable in itself considering your that politically stupid you don't even vote for the party that best represents your views

To establish your own credentials tyke, do you accept that you and JC needed the centre ground to win?

Yes/no

Yes, then your belief that JC was prevented from winning is false because middle voters were not on board.

No, then what you have just witnessed the professional demolition of the tory party is just an illusion.

If you believe JC could have won the centre you need to show how. If you don't believe the centre ground was required, there's a help line you can ring.

You have 5 years to decide.

Of course you can criticise, you've never stopped.

Till you answer this honestly tyke, I'll just assume it's you on the lower pay grade.

Make no mistake Yvette Cooper will be well on top of her brief, like she has been in all her other positions she has held.

Those grapes of your must be really sour!

You lost, get over it!
Didn't lose fella, I voted reform and will until the Conservatives become Conservative again.

Reform had a huge success

Errr… so you lost then

It gives me a warm glow knowing I helped those on the ground get rid of a rubbish government.

Thanks by the way to all those that got out there and did the legwork.
