When I go to sign up on the website, the "Confirm Email" and "Confirm Password" boxes go blank after clicking off them, preventing me signing up for the app etc.
I've done a contact us form, but thought posting here would be a good idea. theres a screenshot below of the signup area for reference.
Anyone else had the same issue?

I had similar problems when I first tried to sign up, but when I tried again later I got through the first stage and the next screen asked me to enter my email address again so that a verification code could be sent. I did this and 10 minutes later I'm still waiting.
You wonder how the club accepted a system which clearly doesn't work properly. You would have expected them to have tested it for themselves before putting it on the website as obviously the provider hasn't done the job.

I've now had a message (on the "Verify Account" page) "Failed to verify account". So we know that that step of the process doesn't work either!
I suppose someone will suggest that we ought to phone the club, but we ought not to have to. So many of their IT processes seem flawed and untested. If they get registration sorted, then their will be subscriptions and the actual live feed from the system which could go wrong, especially if they accept it without testing it out from themselves. OK, I'm being negative, but this entire project has not had a good start.

My App is working fine on my phone - interviews, highlights etc but no full match replays.
Using the new website on my apple mac works fine but no access to Rovers+ from it and not enjoying squinting at a phone screen tbh

I've lost count of the number of attempts I've made, sometimes getting to the verification stage. So I've written to Liam Holden and will pass on his response. It's a pity the supporters' reps haven't picked up on this as it seems to be a common problem and almost certainly some kind of system malfunction which affects more than one of us.

Incase anyone else has the same issue, my verification code was sent to my junk email folder so you might want to check there if you haven't recieved it.

Managed to get my log in sort d very quickly by using the contact is route on the website. Liam reset my password and access was straight forward from there

Liam did the same for me and I followed it up by asking him to look into the problems with the system suppliers/developers and also clarify the advice about how we use the registration process. As you probably know it is often easy for people close to the system to operate it, but it needs to be easily accessed by all potential users or the club won’t get the subscriber numbers that they expect.

I’ve just had a read through this thread.
So is Rovers+ the replacement for the old iFollow?
I used to just pick and choose which away matches to follow on the old system so will I be able to do the same with this new one and how do I register to use it.

Yes, that’s my understanding. You subscribe on the website or follow the link from the app to the website. There are various options as there used to be with ifollow. But you have to be registered and logged in to the website
