Does anyone know when they will be available on the website? They used to appear about lunchtime next day. Should be part of the £45 and £180 subscription.
-
It is disappointing as it was a contractual offer / commitment for the International product at £ 180
-
Liam Hoden says there were teething problems, but they should be available this morning.
-
Available now :scarf:
-
If you got to see the full game you were lucky a lot of streams ended on 90 minutes with a screen saying your program will start shortly
-
No full replay for me showing.
Did Liam say that it would be on the website today ?
-
Rovers+, my feedback, was it worked very well and was easy to find on the website.
Technical hitch meant we couldn’t hear the second commentator, in this case Peter Catt, bless him. Think this threw our commentator (Robbie Andrews??) a little initially. Overall commentary good.
Liked the highlights at Halftime and Fulltime.
Picture quality very good, some buffering late in second half, but that may have been my internet speed.
Sound quality not as good as IFollow as I think it is an internet based set up.
Some annoying unnecessary replays when play had restarted, would be the only real gripe.
Overall 8/10

Full match replay on my Rovers+ (in Northern Ireland) Philsky. I will say when I posted above I was referring to the extended highlights, so maybe the full game just appeared in the last few minutes
-
Would this work:
I have Sky so I can watch the match tomorrow for 'free'. But I get the bland commentator.
If I pay £2.50 for an Audio pass I guess I get Robbie Andrews and so a sense of passion whilst watching on sky
But, I wonder if the syncing will be off ?

I agree with nearly all of your summary. Loss of Peter Katt's mike was probably a blessing. I think Robbie Andrews is brilliant and we are very lucky to have him.
Once the teething problems are sorted i think it will be a 9.5 out of 10 from me. Nice to see the full match replay has finally appeared.

Definitely seemed a bit behind on Sky, 'pings' on my phone were coming in more or less the same time as the goals when there's usually a bit of a delay.

I did think that. Thanks
As the audio is 'free' with the Rovers+ subscription I'll start that way.

Peter Catt the new Bradders !
I always remember him commenting on a Rover v Hartlepool game when he insisted on calling them Hartelpool the whole game, cringeworthy. How things have improved.

Would agree with most of this. The picture quality was good. However, I thought the audio quality was poor, Robbie very garbled at times. I have a suround sound setup which was really good audio via iFollow. Robbie said it was an ordinary internet connection and not an isdn line. I hope this is sorted for future game coverage. Like you said RiS, there was buffering and freezing of the feed about 70 mins into the game which spoiled the experience somewhat. I don’t think the latter was a result of my internet connection, I have a steady 500Mb

You might try approaching Liam Hoden about this. It may be that the independent outfit that Rovers have hired will be able to modify the sound feed. To quote the OS: “Replacing the previous iFollow service, Rovers+ is our own in-house channel bringing live coverage of our matches plus a raft of video content.”

Eee and oooo
Rovers+ was great. Massive improvement with the app. Video and audio were good. Some buffering late second half too so it must have been at their end. My connection is anything up to 1gig but usually around 500mb/s
Great stuff 9/10

Did actually forget the Value for money score…4 Quid….!!! 11/10
