I thought that was odd.

Thought the same and emailed the ticket office yesterday, got this reply:
“We are waiting for the tickets for the Wimbledon game to arrive with us. The reason that the Colchester game is on sale on line is due to Colchester's pricing structure. Please keep an eye on the web site as soon as we have the tickets and sale dates they will be posted on the web site.”

Thanks guys

Wimbledon ticket details are now online. On sale from Monday and then general sale from Wednesday 11th December which feels pretty tight in terms of time to get tickets out.
No mention of what the allocation is as yet.

26 quid? Prices have shot up from last year?
-
I'm sure they were this much last year. Their own fans aren't happy apparently 30 odd quid in side stand.
Crewe still number 1 though for rip off club though

They were £25 last year.

must have been thinking about a different game?

Whilst most things have increased a lot in the last 4-5 years. A lot of football ticket prices haven't. Especially ours. Having said that it's probably overpriced already for what it is

As Bradford are finding out, cheap tickets usually mean more disappointed fans watching a cheap team.

Each to their own, but I'd much rather a situation where as many people as possible are able to afford to watch their team play badly, than only a few be able to watch their team play well.

Villa are trying to get rid of concession prices for O.A.P and just have1flat rate for all
-
One can argue these days, quite cogently, that football at the higher levels is now nothing but a business based on monetarism.

Man Utd have just gone and done just this. For kids too. £66 minimum price

Christ Almighty... 66 quid for a 10 year old?!
Football is mad.
It's our latter day Rollerball.
